This property is in a very unique location in downtown Austin, TX. Located on the grounds of the old, iconic Shady Grove RV park, Awkward Turtle RV Park Austin is located within walking distance to Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake (Town Lake), Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores, Austin City Limits, the Texa Captial, and many, many restaurants. Enjoy the hike and bike trails or rent a canoe or paddle board to take in all that downtown Austin has to offer.

BOONDOCKING

Boondocking means no hook-ups, you park in our lovely fenced in campground and use all of your own fancy, self-sufficient RV things. We can offer dump service, trash, and witty conversations.
